Tombstone, AZ

Last week we took a short but sweet trip to visit Mike's Grandpa in Tombstone, AZ. Mila did surprisingly well on the 9 hr trip. We left on Friday night and decided to spend the night in Phoenix and drive the rest of the way the next morning. Hands down, that was the best idea considering we pulled into the hotel at 3am.
Mila waking up in a hotel for the 1st time.
We finally made it!! Mila's first time meeting her Great Grandpa Perotti, who is 94 years old .

Avoiding the Arizona sun by hanging out inside.

A daddy and his babe. Happy 4th of July!!!
Next time we make it out there I would love to do the scary ghost tour. Love looking like a tourist. Presidential handshake. Jeff, Grandpa and Mikey And she's out....the long day got the best of her.

Anniversary Pre-Sale

Yesterday my mother-in-law and I shopped the Nordstrom anniversary pre-sale and let me tell you there are some pretty good deals out there. I pre-ordered a few things which I'm kinda excited about. The first thing I ordered was a Petunia Pickle Bottom Diaper bag. They normally go for $167 and I got the new fall style for $99. Such a good deal! My poor Gucci diaper bag has been put through way too much and really needs a break. The one I ordered has the same print and is the same style as the one I posted a picture of but is different in color. The color scheme for the one I got is grey, cream with a hint of yellow. I love it!

The second thing I ordered were new running shoes. I got these bad boys for $45 when normally they are $85.
I love a good deal!!

I couldn't find a picture anywhere for the last thing I ordered(btw, Marilyn bought me these ones). They are the cutest little high-heel, lace-up, black suede oxfords. They don't look that cute in the catalog but they are way cuter in person. Those I got for $69 when normally they are $109.95 They had them in grey but I figured I would get more wear out of them in black so I went for the more practical color (for me).

Last but not least I got a Petunia Pickle Bottom clutch. I was not even looking for one of these but Marilyn found it sitting by its lonesome. It wasn't part of the anniversary sale but it happened to be on sale. They normally are $87 and I got mine for.....are you ready....$39.90. What??..... I know, such a good find. I couldn't pass it up even though I just ordered a similar bag in the same color scheme. It was just too good of a buy to pass up.

Lately I've been able to get some really good items for really great price and that never happens to me and that's why I want to tell the world about it :) Happy Shopping!!
